We also stock a growing range of other items that we think you will enjoy from day to day, and which help us raise funds for the vital work our charity carries out.

NEWS (MAY 26): You can now order leaflets to the EU & US/Canada

Shipping to the EU and US/Canada is now available for LEAFLETS ONLY. In response to demand, we are now able to ship a selection of our leaflets outside of the UK. The items available to you to purchase are a limited catalogue for your address/location. Please note that our leaflets have been written for the UK audience, referencing the National Health Service (NHS). Postage costs are calculated based on weight, with 2 parcel sizes available; up to 0.25kg and up to 1.0kg.

Cancellation Policy

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to make a cancellation for physical goods please contact our enquiries team straight away. If we have not yet despatched your items we will usually process a refund for you and cancel the despatch.

If we have already despatched the items, you will be able to exercise your legal cancellation rights by returning the goods you ordered at your own cost and in a re-saleable condition by following the above return instructions.
