Shipping to the EU and US/Canada is now available for LEAFLETS ONLY. In response to demand, we are now able to ship a selection of our leaflets outside of the UK. The items available to you to purchase are a limited catalogue for your address/location. Please note that our leaflets have been written for the UK audience, referencing the National Health Service (NHS). Postage costs are calculated based on weight, with 2 parcel sizes available; up to 0.25kg and up to 1.0kg.
This wallet-sized card acts as a form of medical ID, highlighting your steroid-dependent status, but also provides your basic details, medication, GP and next of kin contact information.
In addition, it gives guidance on adrenal crisis management, in line with the NICE Guidelines for the Identification and Management of Adrenal Insufficiency (Aug 24).
You may want to have one of these in addition to your NHS Steroid Emergency Card as it gives your healthcare team just a little more information about your individual circumstances and needs.
